    Job Description:

    + Works proactively and independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills while seeking advice when appropriate.

    + Coordinates the development and implementation of community-based needs assessments and plans.

    + the Assists with management and coordination of hospital community benefit programs activation and evaluation.

    + Serves as a point of contact for leadership on community benefit initiatives to ensure inclusion within strategic and financial planning processes.

    + Compiles metrics and reports for program strategies and objectives, including annual evaluations. Assists in the development and implementation of community-based needs assessments and plans.

    + Activates sponsorship and/or fundraising opportunities for events and programs benefiting community health.

    + Collaborates with related hospital departments to enhance community relationships. Other duties as assigned.

    Pay Range:

    $72,786.83 - $135,385.27
