    Day to Day

    + Review and draft vendor contracts.

    + Negotiate framework service deals.

    + Advise teams on legal risks.

    + Track contract renewals and terms.

    + Update internal legal policies.

    + Train staff on legal topics.

    + Handle various business projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Draft and revise vendor deals.

    + Negotiate business contract terms.

    + Support the full contract cycle.

    + Counsel teams on legal risks.

    + Improve legal process workflows.

    + Ensure compliance with new laws.

    + Triage complex legal requests.

    Skills/Competencies

    + Member of a U.S. state bar.

    + Eight years of legal practice.

    + Solid knowledge of corporate law topics.

    + Excellent negotiation and drafting.

    + Clear writing for all audiences.

    + Manages many tasks with ease.

    **Education Requirement** : J.D. degree and member in good standing of any U.S. bar.

     

    Salary Range Transparency

     

    US Remote 156,000 - 217,000 USD per year
