PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading organization in the **pulp, paper, and energy sectors** to hire a motivated **Assembler** . In this role, your work directly supports the production of critical equipment that powers and sustains industrial operations worldwide.

About the Role
As an Assembler, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling components and products according to specifications and drawings. You’ll use a variety of hand and power tools while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
This role is well-suited for candidates looking to build manufacturing experience and grow their technical skill set.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
+ Assemble parts and subassemblies according to **assembly drawings and work instructions**
+ Use **hand and power tools** safely and effectively
+ Read and interpret **technical drawings** to ensure correct assembly
+ Move materials within the assembly area using a **fork truck or electric/manual pallet jack** as required
+ Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Comply with all **federal, state, and organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)** requirements
Required Qualifications
+ **0–1+ years of on-the-job assembly experience** or experience in a related assembly role
+ Familiarity with **hand and power tools**
+ Ability to **read and interpret assembly drawings**
+ Willingness to follow safety, quality, and production procedures
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience in **manufacturing or industrial assembly**
+ Experience operating **fork trucks or pallet jacks**
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
+ Desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
