    PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Material Staging in Wichita, KS.

     

    Job Title: **Material Staging**

     

    Job Type: **Full time; contract** _(12 months)_

     

    Schedule: **Onsite 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM**

     

    Pay: **$19.00/HR**

    Job Description:

    + Order raw materials for 90% of Experimental orders.

    + Calculate material from feet to pounds, or vise-versa.

    + Create Purchase Requests using SAP.

    + Create STO’s using SAP.

    + Receive materials in SAP.

    + Load and Unload materials using forklifts.

    + Accurately measure and cut various sizes and types of raw materials.

    + Operate a vertical wet saw with limited mistakes.

    + Will cut Steel/Alum

    + Operate a 12’ sheer with limited mistakes.

    + Ensure Heat lot numbers are clearly labeled on all orders processed.

    + Ensure all cert information is input to SAP (FAA Req)

    + Use Enovia to review geometry and determine cut sizes.

    + Recognize and chose alternate materials using Enovia.

    + Work with SCM to secure Company Owned Inventory (COA)

    + Determine approved deviations of thicknesses.

    + Write SQKs to cover deviations.

    + Work with engineering / PPG as needed for dispositions.

    + Perform SAP GR’s on all packing slips (Same Day) **Job Requirements**

    + Minimum 6 months Material Handling.

    + Knowledge in metals – heat lots/grain/temper/alloys/cad/bare, etc.

    + Experience running Shears and Wet Saws.

    + Cutting sheetmetal with precision

    + Shipping/receiving/inventory/forklift.

    + Fluent with SAP and Excel

    + Excellent measuring skills

    + Familiar with purchase requests, delivery notes, and goods receiving.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
