    PDS Tech is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Sanford, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping operations moving. If you’re looking for steady hours, a team-focused environment, and a real path to permanent employment, this opportunity delivers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently

    • Operate a sit-down forklift to receive, move, and rack materials

    • Accurately put away product into designated warehouse locations

    • Pick, stage, and store materials according to work orders

    • Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts

    • Complete daily transactions using warehouse or labor management systems

    • Assemble containers and organize supplies for daily operations

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse

    • Use basic hand tools as needed to support operations

    • Follow all OSHA standards and company safety procedures

    • Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a small team

    What We’re Looking For

    • At least 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience

    • Consistent work history

    • Ability to read and follow work orders and supervisor instructions

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

     

    _Must pass drug screen and background check_

    Preferred Experience

    • Warehouse, distribution, or material handling background

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    • Willingness to work overtime when business demands

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
