Job Overview

Responsibilities

Through a placement with Hillcrest Family Services **,** your responsibilities may include:

+ Observing and shadowing staff

+ Providing direct care to clients

+ Assisting with the completion of documentation and reports

+ Attending community and agency meetings

+ Building curriculum and treatment plans

+ Helping to identify resourcing for clients

+ Assisting with clerical and other duties as assigned in a timely and accurate manner

+ Developing an understanding of current Hillcrest programs, policies, and practices

Requirements

+ Current undergraduate or graduate student completing a program of interest

+ Ability to perform clerical duties, including basic computer/keyboarding skills and multi-line telephone skills

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in relating to clients over the phone and in person

+ Excellent time management, organization, and flexibility
