Job Responsibilities

+ Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.

+ Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns.

+ Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.

+ Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns have been resolved.

+ Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.

+ Accurately complete all required documentation for each repair.

+ Stay up to date on manufacturer information, recalls, and training.

+ Return vehicles to their proper locations, ensuring they are clean and secured.

Qualifications

+ Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points and no major violations.

+ 1 to 3 years of experience as a service technician (manufacturer certifications preferred but not required).

+ Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
