A Typical Day
The Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience (DCX) will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers interact with our brand across digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users. You will own the mobile app, web, and digital platforms, driving innovation and optimization to increase user engagement, self service, mortgage production, customer satisfaction, and retention.
The First Vice President Business - Product Management is responsible for creating and managing the Product Owner and business analysis teams for a major technology initiative. As the FVP - Product Manager, you will provide ongoing business analysis support to maintain and enhance all applicable applications as a result of the deployment of the new platform.
The First VP Product Management will:
+ Define and champion the product vision and strategy for our mobile app, web, and digital platforms, aligning with the overall business goals. Manage key stakeholder relationships.
+ Deeply understand our customers' needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
+ Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, outlining key initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to bring your product vision to life.
+ Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to launch and optimization.
+ Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product success, and inform decision-making.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 10+ years of relevant work experience. 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success in owning and launching digital products, particularly mobile apps and web platforms.
+ A strong passion for understanding and advocating for customer needs, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product solutions.
+ A strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop a clear product vision, set priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
+ A solid understanding of mobile and web technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
+ A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tackling challenges and overcoming obstacles.
+ Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to drive insights and measure product performance.
+ Experience operating in an Agile delivery model and managing cross-functional scrum efforts.
+ Mortgage industry experience required.
+ Strong understanding of the key financial and business drivers within mortgage banking.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
