Overview
As a Market Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads for our sales team. This role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging with mid-market and small businesses through a high-volume, outbound approach. You will be responsible for executing effective cold calling campaigns, conducting targeted outreach, and qualifying leads to drive sales pipelin
Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute effective outreach strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to engage with prospects and build interest.
+ Identify and qualify leads: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, gather key information about prospects, and accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
+ Present value propositions: Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers.
+ Conduct high-volume outbound calls: Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers within the mid-market and SMB segments.
+ Schedule and qualify meetings: Schedule and qualify meetings between prospective customers and the sales team.
+ Track and report on performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
+ Continuously improve: Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify areas for improvement and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
What we look for:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related work experience.
+ 2 – 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales development role.
+ Proven ability to effectively cold call and build rapport with potential customers.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively.
+ Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets.
+ Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other sales enablement tools.
+ Excellent, active listening skills.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $91,350.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/26/26.
