What You’ll Do
In the role of Senior Cyber Intelligence Subject Matter Expert, your duties will include:
+ Advise leadership on key developments in their assigned area requiring both immediate and long term analytical and collection response by the IC.
+ Support decision makers and special projects to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior members, and policy makers.
+ Conduct reviews of IC collection and analysis against hard targets, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment with Unifying Intelligence Strategies.
+ Support the planning, facilitation, and after-action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address integration matters.
+ Be responsible for producing strategic all source analysis products and assessments for cyber intelligence assessments regarding adversary strategy, doctrine, intent, telecommunications infrastructure (cyberspace), and capabilities including compromise of networks or weapon systems, cyberattack methodologies, and vulnerabilities.
+ Perform assessments to cover a range of topics including telecommunications networks and information systems to include industrial control systems, navigation aids and systems, and use of information operations.
Requirements:
+ Active TS/SCI or Q Clearance
+ Eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR a minimum of 16 years in the intelligence production field.
Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience organizing and conducting strategic assessments by researching, evaluating, and integrating all source data in the production of strategic all source assessments.
+ Demonstrated experience writing strategic intelligence assessments that comply with ICD 203 standards, IC level writing proficiency, and familiarity with IC production.
+ Effective interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate in written and oral form

Basic Compensation:
$127,300 - $191,000
This range is for the area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
