+ **Location:** West Chester, OH (4630 Interstate Drive)

+ **Schedule:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

+ **Work Days:** Monday – Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays)

+ **Employment Type:** Temp-to-Perm opportunity

+ **Environment:** Clean, fast-paced light industrial setting

What’s a typical day as an Assembler I? You will:

+ Pull, tear, and dispense the appropriate amount of film from a film dispenser

+ Tuck and line molds accurately with film prior to foam application

+ Dispense pre-set amounts of polyurethane foam into film-lined molds

+ De-mold finished foam cushions and place them into part bins for secondary processing

+ Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure consistent quality and production standards

+ Perform repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks throughout the shift

+ Follow all safety and worksite procedures, wearing required PPE

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing, assembly, or light industrial environment

+ Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures

+ Reliable attendance for a 1st shift schedule

+ Steel-toed boots (required; other PPE provided onsite)

+ Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed
