Customer Service Representative

**Location:** Glendale, AZ

**Employment:** 12 months-contract, Full time

**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Business Operations team in Glendale, AZ. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

+ Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information on products/services, take orders, cancel accounts, and address complaints.

+ Provide services such as licenses, registration, permits, or program eligibility information.

+ Resolve customer problems and service/billing complaints (e.g., merchandise exchange, refunds, bill adjustments).

+ Keep records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.

+ Complete forms, prepare address changes, issue service discontinuance orders using computers.

+ Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.

+ Determine charges for services, collect payments/deposits, and arrange billing as needed.

+ Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or planned adjustments.

+ Perform journey-level customer service duties initiated by the general public.
