Novant Health Pediatrics – Symphony Park is seeking a compassionate, caring, BC/BE full-time Pediatrician to join our well-established and thriving practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our outpatient-only practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Providers enjoy a 4-day work week and participate in a large-group call schedule, resulting in call coverage approximately two weeks per year. Saturday coverage rotates every six weeks; the assigned provider manages urgent or emergent in-basket messages for the weekend. The team includes six physicians, an outstanding all-RN clinical staff, and an on-site lactation consultant who works closely with our physicians to support patients and families.
