Job Summary
The Compliance Administrative Manager II supports the Y Social Impact Center (YSIC), the social services division of the Y of Greater Seattle (YGS), and reports to the Director of Administration and Compliance. This role ensures program and staff compliance across assigned programs and contracts.
Responsibilities include managing contract and grant documentation in accordance with Y policies; supporting program leaders’ understanding of contract requirements; and promoting strong compliance practices. The position partners with executive directors and program directors to provide compliance training, conduct internal audits, support external audits, monitor active contracts and renewals, and develop processes that strengthen organizational compliance.
This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people’s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people’s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y’s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hybrid position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Hiring Range: $82,000-$87,000 annually
Responsibilities
+ Develop and build out contract compliance training and resources for YSIC program leaders.
+ Work closely with YGS contract systems management team, YGS finance team, and YSIC Executive Directors and Program Directors while leading contract execution procedures, including monitoring inboxes for new and renewed contracts from funders via email, DocuSign, etc., uploading contracts, ensuring signatures are captured, and contract is fully executed quickly and efficiently. Ensure all contracts are active and in good standings within YGS systems.
+ Organize, consolidate, and maintain contract files and documentation using appropriate processes and systems.
+ Monitor compliance obligations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Collaborate closely with Executive Directors and Program Directors on contract compliance, with oversight of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process across all YSIC program areas.
+ Lead internal audits to ensure financial and program outcomes are in alignment with contract requirements and organizational business practices.
+ Provide administrative support to YSIC divisions and program leads with external audits and monitoring visits, including coordination of the visit and gathering compliance materials requested by the funder.
+ Support the YSIC Strategic Plan, specifically as a Project Management (PM) lead assigned to support at least one YSIC Executive Sponsor and play a key leadership role in the plan’s progress toward its anticipated outcomes.
+ Regularly work out of various YSIC offices or sites to collaborate with program leadership and to support audits.
+ Provide ongoing feedback and training to staff to understand the importance of following compliance expectations and support staff in problem-solving and addressing data and evaluation gaps or issues.
+ Develop, update, and manage policies to ensure compliance with contracts and funder requirements, including uploading policies in YGS policy management system, writing and formatting YSIC policies according to YGS expectations. Consult regularly with YGS Risk Management to ensure relevant and approved policies and procedures for YSIC.
+ Collaborate regularly with the YSIC Program Directors on training, evaluation of programs, implementing recommendations, and collection of data and data analysis.
+ Collaborate on funding gap strategies. This can include supporting grant writing efforts.
+ Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise assigned staff and volunteers in assigned areas. Hiring responsibilities may include hiring direct reports or other program staff.
+ Participate in a variety of internal and external meetings to maintain knowledge of contract requirements, support optimal client care, and maintain team collaboration.
+ Maintain required minimum qualifications for the position such as licenses, certifications, or credentials.
+ Integrate all safety policies and procedures into daily practice.
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in social services and/or administration or equivalent education/experience. Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.
+ 4+ years of relevant contract management or administrative experience, including data systems management, customer service, risk management, procurement, office management, accounting, financial audits.
+ 1+ years of leadership experience, which includes supervision of staff, oversight and management of teams, program development, budget management, leadership development training, and/or facilitation.
+ Access to reliable transportation to complete site visits and be onsite for audits.
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently and within teams.
+ Experience and knowledge with youth behavior management and child abuse prevention.
+ Knowledge of, or experience working with high risk, systems involved (i.e. homeless, justice, behavioral health, foster care) youth and/or young adults or equivalent experience providing community-based services to diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.).
+ Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.).
+ Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
Reliable Transportation Requirement
This role requires the incumbent to have access to reliable transportation to travel between branch locations.
