Limited Scope Technologist (PRN) — Park City Hospital
**Schedule:** Variable
**Status/FTE:** PRN
**Pay Range:** $19.87 – $28.31/hour, depending on experience

Join a collaborative imaging team at Park City Hospital and play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality diagnostic care for our community. As a Limited Scope Technologist, you’ll perform the imaging exams you’re licensed and verified to complete, support smooth patient flow, and ensure an excellent experience for every patient and family.
What you’ll do
Perform authorized imaging exams** **in alignment with Core Exam Specifications permitted by your Limited Scope Radiographer license.
Demonstrate competency** **through successful completion of skills testing/competency reviews for the exams you perform.
Keep patients safe and informed:** **verify orders and patient identity, prepare patients, explain procedures in clear, compassionate language, and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
Produce quality images** **by following protocols, correct positioning, effective equipment use, and radiation safety guidelines.
Respond appropriately to emergent situations** **and escalate as needed.
Document thoroughly** **with accurate timestamps and image storage; complete all required records.
Coordinate care** **by communicating pertinent findings and next steps to the care team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment** **and ensure supplies/equipment are stored efficiently.
Grow your skills** **by pursuing education and development opportunities, especially for new procedures and equipment.
What you’ll bring (Minimum Qualifications)
Licensure:** **Practical Radiologic Technologist/Limited Scope Operator in the state of practice** **or** **ARRT Board Registry Eligible per state requirements.
Certifications:** **Current** **BLS** **for healthcare providers.
Clinical competency** **in** **at least one** **of the following areas:** **Chest, Extremities, Spine, Skull, Podiatry, or Bone Densitometry (DEXA).
