    As a Nurse Resident, you will:

    + Participate in a **structured, unit-based orientation**

    + Receive guidance from experienced **educators, preceptors, managers, and program leaders**

    + Apply classroom knowledge at the bedside while strengthening clinical judgment and critical thinking

    Who Should Attend

    + 2026 nursing graduates with an **ADN or BSN**

    + Internal Baystate Health employees

    + External candidates who do not work at Baystate
