    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably

    + Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and meet production goals

    + Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues

    + Follow all safety procedures to support a safe working environment

    What We Are Looking For

    + Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality materials

    + Capability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs and priorities

    + Comfort working in a physically active role with heavy industrial equipment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
