Job Description:

+ A typical M365 Product Owner Specialist role involves a blend of technical knowledge and strategic business functions -

+ Developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for M365 tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and users.

+ Setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a development team to ensure the highest-value features and improvements are delivered.

+ Driving adoption, managing organizational change, and promoting best practices across the organization to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Support Needed:

+ Expertise in Microsoft 365 Ecosystem

+ Customer Success and Communication Strategy

+ Operational and Financial Oversight

Required Skills:

+ 5+ years experience in identifying product opportunities and defining product problems.

+ Ability to drive product solutions across Microsoft’s ecosystem.

+ Familiarity with SaaS product development and lifecycle management.

+ Blend product management with technical program management.

+ Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user needs.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

Desired skills & experience:

+ Market research and competitive analysis.

+ Product road mapping and documentation.

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools.

+ Data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

+ Typically 3+ years in product management. Internships or junior PM roles are acceptable for entry-level positions.
