Job Summary and Qualifications
**Position Summary:** The Marketing Manager will integrate functional areas to create, deliver, manage, and evaluate messages that impact how all internal and external stakeholders perceive Research College of Nursing (RCoN) brand. This position includes brand management and oversight of integrated marketing channels to drive awareness through advertising, promotion, public relations, social media and website content and administration. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing RCoN’s integrated media plan with media vendors and is experienced in the strategic placement of both digital and traditional media with proven knowledge of how all channels work together to drive consumer awareness and funnel conversion.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Manage brand marketing and advertising plans and policies in conjunction with external advertising firm.
+ Collaborate with Admissions to coordinate and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, promote existing programs, and take new products to market.
+ Write and distribute news releases, feature articles, social media content, website content, direct mail, and other communications for internal and external audiences.
+ Manage the design and development of publications including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, reports, catalogs, and handbooks.
+ Collaborate with Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management to develop and execute RCoN’s integrated advertising plan to meet college enrollment goals, tracking key KPI’s, ROI, and budgets.
+ Collaborate with external and internal teams to optimize and enhance the usability, design, content and conversion of website and landing pages. Advise on search strategies and content/features to appeal to target segments to increase the sites’ effectiveness as a lead generation channel through organic search supporting paid media
+ Track data to consistently improve lead generation channels across all mediums (digital and traditional) and assess and report performance on weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
+ Oversee all external data reporting requirements, including execution of internal reports as needed
What qualifications you will need:
Position Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
+ 5-7 years’ experience in a marketing or advertising position.
+ Solid knowledge of website search strategies including SEO, large language model AI discoverability, and Google Analytics
+ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
+ Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects.
