    Positions details:

    + **Location:** Wesley Chapel Hospital – 4501 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL

    + **Status:** Full Time

    + **Shift:** 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

    + Every other weekend requirement

    + **On Call:** No

    + Always in person

    Requirements:

    + RN (Registered Nurse) License

    + Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing

    + 1 year registered nurse ER experience

    + BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

    + ACLS certification with the American Heart Association

    + PALS certification with the American Heart Association

    The **Registered Nurse –** responsibilities and skills:

    + Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards

    + Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

    + Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patients, family and significant others

    + Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment

    + Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.

    + Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition

    + Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients

    + High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient
