Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch

Pay Rate: $ 16.00 per hour.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

General purpose of job is to assemble quality products efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform semi-skilled hand and tool labor operation in a high-volume production environment.

+ Perform repetitive assembly, quality control, and/or packaging tasks through the use of various air, electric and hand tools as prescribed by supervisor.

+ Operate production machinery using operating and safety procedures prescribed by supervisor.

+ Maintain prescribed quality standards.

+ Develop and maintain production output to meet or exceed established norms.

+ Monitoring functioning of production equipment, report problems to supervisor.

+ Keep immediate production areas clean and neatly arranged.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Have the ability to be trained to use various air and electric tools while continuing to meet production expectations set by your supervisor.

+ Attend all scheduled trainings and meetings.

+ Perform other non-routine tasks as assigned by supervisor.

The Requirements of this Position:

+ Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

+ Must be able to add/subtract two-digit numbers

+ Be able to carry out simple one step/two-step instructions

+ Regularly be able to lift 10lbs-25lbs on a regular basis-occasionally up to 50 lbs.

+ Must be able to bend, twist, lift, use hands/arms, and stand on a regular basis
