    + ​​This job is a member of the Flight Service Team within the Customer Experience Division.

    + Responsible for creating and maintaining all AirVision scheduling packets.

    What you'll do

    + ​Schedules all specifications and provisioning rates into packets to ensure proper catering operations

    + Interacts with Menu Planers, Product Managers and Commodity Managers to develop best scheduling practices for products and services (Food, Beverage, Liquor, Catering Equipment, Menus, etc.)

    + Serves as a liaison with the Chief Pilots / Caterers when exception Pilot meals are added to flights

    + Sets up each catering facility access to the consolidated food and service schedule report

    + Maintains entrée provisioning rate tables for caterers

    + Ability to travel as necessary

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + High School diploma or GED Equivalency

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

    + Knowledge of planning and operations systems

    + 1 year of systems project management experience

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + ​Ability to interact with other work groups, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

    + Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills and issue resolution

    + Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

    + Strong time management skills

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Access
