Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) has a need for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

The LPN preforms varied nursing care activities and related support services for patients in their home. The LPN collaborates with and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
High School diploma or equivalent with current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with Current BCLS certification/CPR required. Valid driver's license and car insurance also required.

Minimum qualifications
+ Licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of PA
+ High School Diploma required
+ One (1) year experience as a professional LPN
+ Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
