What You’ll Do

As an **Order Management Specialist** , you will be the key link between our sales team and domestic distributors, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while providing outstanding customer support. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Partner with sales and distributors to deliver a positive customer experience.

+ Receive, review, and process customer orders and inquiries with accuracy.

+ Coordinate expedited orders and provide timely status updates.

+ Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

+ Respond to inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, and new products.

+ Collaborate across teams to resolve questions, concerns, and issues.

+ Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure quality requirements are met.

+ Maintain reports, records, and systems for order tracking.

+ Participate in cross-training and support special projects as assigned.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in order processing or a similar role.

+ 2+ years of account management or customer service experience.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Customer-facing experience, including phone support.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within established guidelines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

+ Experience with Oracle systems.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.

+ Passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
