THE WORK
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel
Investigating non conformance issues and implementing root cause corrective actions
Participating in product, process, and surveillance audits/assessments to identify improvement opportunities
Developing and executing corrective preventive measures based on audit findings

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of aerospace manufacturing quality engineering experience, preferably on rotorcraft or complex avionics systems\.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO‑9001 requirements\.
Certified Quality Engineer \(CQE\) or equivalent certification is preferred\.
Desired Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and written/oral communication skills\.
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast paced production environment\.
Hands on experience with inspection tools such as coordinate measuring machines, borescopes, and non destructive testing equipment\.
Proven track record of leading RCCA investigations, conducting HQAs, and performing FOE walk downs\.
Proficiency with quality tools such as; SPC, FMEA/PFMEA, 8D, 5 Why

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** Non\- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
