_Ensuring Chart’s Success…_
Manufacturing Engineering Manager oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling used to produce Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchanges, Vaporizers, and various process skills assembly. Ensures the engineering team, maintenance team, and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.
_What Will You Do?_
+ Lead a cohesive team of Manufacturing Engineers
+ Provide project management leadership for several large expansion and new product projects
+ Develop processes and requirements to implement new products and lead the team to execute
+ Responsible for providing design for manufacturing capability
+ Participate in identifying critical characteristics for quality control plans and inspection plans
+ Deliverable for this position is the handover of day-to-day production to capable and stable manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
+ The successful candidate should be a skilled and experienced engineer and manager with a successful track record of organizing and growing engineering teams
+ The successful candidate should have a successful track record organizing and leading capital projects
+ Analyzes prints or instructions for discrepancies.
+ Cross trains in other areas/departments as needed.
+ Reads, analyzes, understands and demonstrates knowledge of Chart Quality Systems including travelers, work instructions, In-Process Inspection Check Lists, etc.
+ Conducts himself/herself in a considerate, professional, cooperative and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors and visitors

1. Physical Activity of the Position:
Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling and walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces. This factor is important if the amount of balancing exceeds that needed for ordinary locomotion and maintenance of body equilibrium.
Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full motion of the lower extremities and back muscles.
Kneeling: Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arms(s) in any direction.
Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks or moving from work side to another.
Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward.
Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles.
Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
_Your Experience Should Be..._
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
+ **Prior manufacturing experience**
10+ years of Manager experience in a manufacturing environment
