    Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Forge Helper II to join their team. As a Forge Helper II, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the forging process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Forge Helper II

    **Location:** Rancho Cucamonga, CA

     

    Pay Range: $22.00 Per Hour

     

    **Shift:** Weekends, Nights Sun-Thurs, 9:00 pm-5:30 am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in the forging process by following instructions from supervisors and blacksmiths

    + Handle and maintain safety equipment such as steel-toed shoes and PPE

    + Track serialization of parts to ensure proper documentation

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Support the operation of furnaces, manipulators, and other equipment as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience or training

    + Basic understanding of forging processes and procedures

    + Ability to follow directions accurately from supervisors and blacksmiths

    + Ability to operate forklift and other industrial equipment

    + Physical capability to stand, walk quickly, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot environment
