Our client, a **leading technology organization within the enterprise security domain** , is seeking a **UX Researcher (Benchmarking)** to join their team. As a **UX Researcher** , you will be part of the **Security UX Research Department** supporting **the Security Benchmarking and Usability Research team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical thinking** , **excellent cross-team communication** , and **high technical aptitude** , which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: UX Researcher – Benchmarking (Enterprise Security)

Type: Contract

What’s the Job?

+ Set up and maintain demo environments required for competitive benchmarking studies.

+ Run pilot usability benchmark sessions and validate benchmark tasks and metrics.

+ Document end-to-end benchmarking processes and best practices for the UX research team.

+ Collaborate with research, design, and engineering partners to support usability research cycles.

+ Contribute to the development of competitive benchmarking plans and research documentation.

What’s Needed?

+ 3+ years of usability benchmarking or metrics-driven UX research experience.

+ Familiarity with enterprise software and enterprise user workflows (3+ years).

+ Technical ability to configure and troubleshoot complex security or enterprise tools.

+ Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.

+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
