Our client, a leader in paper manufacturing is seeking a dedicated General Labor - Light to join their team. As a General Labor - Light, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient sorting, inspection, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Labor - Light

**Location:** Scotia, NY

Pay Range: $21.32/hour

**Shift:** 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

What's the Job?

+ Assist in sorting, inspecting, and checking products for quality assurance

+ Support assembly of smaller products with precision and care

+ Use hand tools as needed to facilitate production tasks

+ Lift and move materials occasionally weighing up to 25 lbs

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience

+ Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs

+ Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

+ Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
