    Our client, a leading organization in the defense and government contracting sector, is seeking a US - Sr Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a US - Sr Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Pricing Department supporting government and defense projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** US - Sr Pricing Analyst

    **Location:** Tempe, AZ

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Preparing FAR12 & FAR15 TINA compliant proposals for prime contractors and US Government agencies, as well as proposals for non-US Government customers

    + Signing 1411 coversheets for FAR 15 proposals, including final certification

    + Supporting DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and fact-find requests

    + Contributing to the development of business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies in support of customer proposals

    + Driving revenue growth and profitability through sound business and financial analysis, balancing organizational goals with customer value creation

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 2.5 years of direct government/defense experience or 5+ years in pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis roles

    + Knowledge of government rules & regulations related to government purchasing (FAR)

    + Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing within a government/defense environment

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
