    Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the operations supporting a high-volume okra processing line. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. This is in a cold environment ranging from 35-40 degrees.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Helper - Cold Enviroment

    **Location:** Mcallen, TX

     

    Pay Range: 10.00

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with sorting, trimming, and packing fresh okra on a production line.

    + Remove damaged or poor-quality produce according to quality standards.

    + Load and unload product onto conveyor belts or into bins.

    + Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow sanitation protocols.

    + Support machine operators and line leads as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Comfortable working in cold, wet environments.

    + High attention to detail and quality.

    + Ability to work in a team environment.

    + Must have reliable transportation.
