    Our client, in Robinson, Illinois, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting various operations within the production department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associates

    **Location:** Robinson, IL

    **Pay Range:** $15.60

    **Shift:** 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate machines to support production processes

    + Finish, inspect, and pack parts to ensure quality standards

    + Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately

    + Complete all required paperwork and reports daily

    + Practice safety at all times and maintain a clean work environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift

    + Capability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly

    + Willingness to rotate between different job assignments

    + Availability to work any shift as assigned, including overtime when necessary

    + Ability to pass required safety tests and work well within a team environment
