    Schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday

     

    Salary: $261,000- $320,000 full time annual salary.

    Benefit Highlights (Will be prorated for Part Time):

    + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

    + 27 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

    Duties:

    + Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting

    + Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

    Required Experience:

    Qualifications:

    + California Licensed Physician in Family Practice.

    + Board Certified

    + Current BLS certificate.

    + Active Ca ID or Drivers License
