    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive engagement, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Act as the primary interface between business partners, solution architects, and technology teams to analyze current processes and systems.

    + Assess business models and their integration with technology to identify opportunities for improvement.

    + Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture detailed requirements.

    + Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements into actionable specifications and support Agile Scrum processes.

    + Assist in release management activities, including validation error resolution, to ensure smooth deployment cycles.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with prior experience at Bank of America or within financial services.

    + Strong technical understanding and experience working on SDLC projects.

    + Advanced proficiency in Jira and extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    + Experience acting as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Owners to define business needs.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
