Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Device Test Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device Test Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting quality assurance and product development. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Medical Device Test Technician
**Location:** Milpitas, CA
**Pay Range:** $27- $31hr
**Shift:** Days 6am- 2:30pm
What's the Job?
+ Conduct production testing of assembled flow cytometers and related medical device products.
+ Perform system integration and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, optical, fluidic, and electromechanical activities.
+ Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
+ Generate documentation for device history records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality assurance personnel to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
+ Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
+ 3+ years of related experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
+ Experience with test equipment such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
+ Knowledge of ISO 9000 and cGMP 21 CFR part 820 standards.
