What You'll Do:

+ Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees at the front desk of the commercial real estate location, providing a professional and courteous experience.

+ Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and logging visitor information in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Communicate with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal management as needed to relay information regarding security-related matters.

+ Maintain accurate records and prepare written reports regarding daily activities and any incidents that occur.

+ Support emergency response activities by following instructions and procedures as outlined for the location.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk through attentive observation and adherence to security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
