What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and coordinate communication between personnel and site staff for security-related needs within the financial institution location.

+ Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and situations as they arise, following site-specific procedures and protocols.

+ Maintain detailed records of all calls, incidents, and activities within the dispatch center.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing guidance and support to on-site personnel.

+ Assist with the implementation of emergency response activities as outlined in the client’s policies and procedures.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff and visitors in a professional manner.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for clients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
