As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity within the facility and surrounding areas.

+ Document observations and report incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.

+ Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site policies.

+ Participate in training sessions and briefings to remain informed about site-specific procedures and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
