As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Financial Institution** in **Malvern, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed response protocols as appropriate for the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within a financial institution setting.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal policies and client site requirements.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary for incident resolution.

+ Maintain professional interactions with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding the security-related standards of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.

+ Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania only.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
