    As a **Security Officer - Building Lobby Patrol** in **Beverly Hills, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a sense of security, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

    + Document incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management as needed.

    + Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

    + Support emergency preparedness and response efforts in accordance with site-specific protocols.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
