Our client is a well-known food manufacturer. Due to growth, seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager to join the production team. Primary responsibilities include:

+ Manage Food Safety programs and ensure products adhere to quality standards.

+ Adhere to USDA and FDA regulations and policies

+ Provide FSQA reports to production team, management and stakeholders

+ Manage 3-4 QA technicians

+ Perform periodic internal audits.

Position reports to Plant Manager

Ideal candidates for FSQA Manager will possess the following

+ Bachelors degree in Food Science, Biology or related fields

+ 7+ years in food production environments

+ Experience with SQF, PCQI standards, HACCP and GMP.

+ Understanding of FDA and USDA regulations

Salary up to $105k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
