Payrate: 18.00/hr. (19.00/hr.)
Position Type: Onsite
Shift: Monday- Friday
Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Language Requirement: Must speak **English & Spanish fluently**

Responsibilities for a Lead Customer service rep include but are not limited to:
+ Oversee **30–40 delivery routes daily** .
+ Stay in regular phone contact with driver teams.
+ Make sure drivers stay on schedule and follow procedures.
+ Address performance concerns and escalate if drivers are unresponsive.
+ Speak with customers when drivers need help explaining services.
+ Report any non-compliance, missing assets, or issues with returning teams.
Candidates for Lead Customer service rep must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ **Fluent in English and Spanish** (speak, listen, and translate clearly).
+ **2+ years** experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or field operations.
+ Strong phone communication — assertive, calm, confident.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
+ High School Diploma/GED

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
