    **Job Title:** Mail & Imaging Specialist

    **Hours: 7** :00AM to 3:30PM - Monday - Friday

    **Location:** Baton Rouge, LA

    **Pay Range:** $17/hr.

     

    Adecco is partnering with a local client to hire full-time **Mail & Imaging Specialist.** This is a full-time opportunity.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    + Responsible for handling, sorting, and routing of all incoming United States Postal Service mail.

    + Manage the claims loading process, as well as verifying paper and electronic claim receipts.

    + Operate high speed scanners to efficiently image documents.

    + Utilize Company and vendor software to index images.

    + Research, evaluate and respond to claim issues. Demonstrated understanding of where referral or escalation is appropriate.

    + Process document destruction in accordance with Company retention guidelines.

    + Perform comprehensive quality control audits of imaged and indexed company documents.

    + Collaborate cross departments to coordinate and streamline current and future imaging needs.

    + Manage and analyze reports and data to measure productivity and turnaround standards.

    + Monitor claim systems for optimal performance to ensure that claims are processed within company standards.

    + Assist in testing and implementing changes to the claims systems or workflows.

    + Research solutions to maximize efficiencies in claim systems.

    + Perform other duties as assigned including special projects/initiatives, for the Imaging and Print Room departments.

    Job Specifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Operating knowledge of high-speed scanners and copiers.

    + PC skills are essential with a practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

    + Propensity to quickly learn with a strong attention to detail.

    + Demonstrated critical thinking practices and strategic/forward thinker.

    + Ability to examine and make decisions (often unique and individualized) with a great deal of discretion and draw own conclusions.

    + Solid written and verbal communication skills.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
