POSITION SUMMARY
This position will lead product implementations, driving customer success and adoption of the Sonora Quest Laboratories suite of Population Health Analytics and Data Solutions. This position bridges business strategy with technical execution, supporting the development of data analytics solutions, reporting frameworks, and visualizations that drive customer engagement, and business growth, requiring.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Leads implementations, refines best practices, and contributes to organizational goals through expertise, innovation, and collaboration. Builds relationships at multiple levels with customers, and internally with IT, the Managed Care Team and Commercial Sales, driving alignment between business strategy and data-driven solutions. Collaborates with Product Management, IT, and R&D. Acts as a trusted advisor for customers, overseeing training initiatives on Population Health Analytics and Data Solutions.
2. Demonstrates a high-level understanding of the data elements, structure, and standards typically involved in Health Care transactions, reporting (i.e. HL7, EMR), and cloud-based data storing and sharing. Is quick to learn, adopt, and apply new standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs. Responsible for deliverables with client and vendors.
3. Serves as the senior subject matter expert, owning the evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities. Leads strategic projects that focus on growth or business retention. Works cross-functionally to identify and establish analytics requirements and align product development with evolving health care trends, facilitating customer requests while driving innovation. Supports R&D, vendor management, and internal product strategy.
4. Establishes best-in-class documentation standards ensure, customer expectations and deliverables are meticulously tracked. Leverages Salesforce and other tools to provide business insights and data-driven recommendations. Oversees version control and release and performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
5. Collaborates with Marketing (and other departments) to refine brand position, messaging, outreach and community engagement opportunities strengthen and product awareness (Conferences, Marketing Collateral and Website updates). Transmits data by various means and proactively works to ensure data quality, troubleshoots data issues, and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT FACTORS
Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking. May be required to lift up to 20 pounds. Requires significant use of a computer, phone, cell phone and general office equipment. Needs adequate visual acuity, seeing, hearing, walking, standing, reaching, ability to grasp and handle objects and the ability to communicate effectively. Will require occasional business travel.

+ Demonstrated experience in product presentation, marketing, or sales. Proven ability to assimilate information (especially product and analytic information) quickly and accurately.
+ Proven ability to explain technical and clinical elements or information about the product in clear and simple terms to the customer.
+ Comfortable presenting to groups and ability to work as a collaborative member of a team composed of sales, marketing, IT colleagues and C-suite.
+ Expert in utilizing various Microsoft Office packages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Associate’s degree in business, healthcare or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Three (3) years demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, service orientation, patient care focused on customer success and retention.
+ May require travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
+ Strong understanding of population health metrics, value-based care, and clinical data standards.
+ Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Sigma Computing Software, and cloud-based data platforms.
+ Specialized Skill set in data presentation and visualization (Tableau, Sigma Computing, or Power BI).
+ Experience using data to tell a story and influence direction.
+ Additional related education and/or experience.
