Job Summary
The candidate will work as an Events Coordinator, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various onsite events. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless experience for attendees while managing logistics and communication.
Skill Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in events coordination and/or office management
• Experience managing event organizers, service providers, and facilities vendors
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to exercise good judgement in dynamic environments
• Working knowledge of events/crowd safety standards
Preferred Requirements:
• Passion for building welcoming, community-oriented workplace environments
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri

**Pay Details:** $35.26 per hour
