**Location:** 2115 N Wilmington Ave., Compton, CA 90222
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Direct Hire
**Reports To:** Chief Medical Officer
Compensation & Incentives
+ **Salary:** $285,000 – $335,000 annually (depending on experience)
+ **Signing Bonus:** Up to **$20,000**

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
+ **Monday – Friday**
+ **Works 2 Saturdays per month**
+ Providers receive **one weekday off** during weeks a Saturday is worked
+ **Admin Day:** Every other week (non–patient facing) **Clinic Hours**
+ **Monday – Friday:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Some late shifts: **11:00 AM – 7:30 PM**
+ **Saturday:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ **No hospital call or rounding**
Position Overview
We are seeking a **Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician** to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a collaborative, team-based clinical environment supported by strong administrative infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
+ Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
+ Perform physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testing
+ Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plans
+ Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
+ Provide women’s health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal care
+ Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles
+ Refer patients to specialists as clinically appropriate
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives
+ May supervise or collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
+ May assist in training residents or advanced practice students
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
+ Review patient medical records, including allergies, problem lists, medications, and immunization status
+ Elicit, document, and update comprehensive patient medical histories
+ Perform appropriate physical examinations based on patient presentation
+ Order or perform diagnostic testing, laboratory studies, and imaging as clinically indicated
+ Analyze exam findings and test results to make accurate diagnoses
+ Develop and implement treatment plans, including administering or prescribing medications and therapies
+ Document all encounters, assessments, diagnoses, and care plans in the EHR
Position Background & Qualifications
+ **Medical Degree:** MD or DO (required)
+ **Residency Training:** Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Family Medicine
+ **Board Status:** Board Certified or Board Eligible (required)
+ **Fellowship (if applicable):** Endocrinology fellowship completion and board certification/eligibility accepted
+ Active state medical licensure and DEA registration (as appropriate)
+ Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
+ Basic computer proficiency
+ Experience caring for patients of all ages
+ **Bilingual Spanish preferred**
+ Experience with **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** is a plus
