-Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track milestones and proactively adjust for any variances.

-Manage multiple technical workstreams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in agile environments.

-Report project status, risks, and issues regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership—through dashboards, summary reports, and presentations

-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans.

-Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and communicate dependencies and impacts across stakeholders at all levels.

-Facilitate technical design sessions and ensure final deliverables meet quality and performance criteria.

-Mentor and guide junior project leads, sharing best practices in agile methodologies and project management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-5+ years of technical project management experience in software development or IT environments.

-Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and release processes.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills—capable of delivering clear, concise updates and reports to both technical teams and executive audiences.

-Proven ability to coordinate between multiple groups, manage dependencies, and ensure collaborative execution across teams.

-Highly organized, with demonstrated aptitude for managing schedules, budgets, and documentation.

-Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or other PM software.

-Certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a strong plus.
