Job Title: Framer/Exterior - Stucco** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Framer/Exterior Specialist to work on the exterior of a complex, focusing on patching stucco and replacing wood as needed. The role also involves light painting tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Patch and repair stucco on the exterior of the complex.

+ Replace wood as required to maintain structural integrity.

+ Perform light painting tasks to ensure a finished look.

+ Collaborate with a team to refurbish vacant apartments.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with exterior stucco repairs.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and wood stucco tools.

+ Ability to perform rough and finish carpentry.

+ Competence in drywall and painting tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of electrical and plumbing basics.

+ Experience in general labor and cleaning.

+ Familiarity with construction and cabinetry.

+ Ability to use a tape measure and work with metal studs.

Work Environment

The role operates during the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments, ensuring a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
