Job Title: Shipping Associate** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to manage shipping and receiving tasks within our warehouse. This role involves unloading incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and utilizing technology to track inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Unload incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments.

+ Utilize RF scanners, computers, and paper BOLs to track inventory and shipments.

+ Perform material handling and other general warehouse duties.

+ Pick products and deliver them to the production floor.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.

+ Experience with RF scanners and inventory control.

+ Ability to operate a forklift and perform order picking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

+ Experience with warehouse inventory and cycle counts.

+ Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized manufacturing facility with approximately 90 colleagues. The environment adheres to FDA and GMP regulations for product manufacturing. The role is for the 2nd shift, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
