    Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

    Job Description

    + Join our team to work on welding and fabricating steel parts for large industrial machines.

    + This role involves reading blueprints, cutting parts, and fitting using FCAW and GMAW processes.

    + Pay: $22-30+/hr

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

    + Perform 4G wire feed welding.

    + Conduct fabrication and fillet welds.

    + Work with MIG and wire feed welding techniques.

    + Fit and assemble steel components for industrial machines.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints.

    + Experience with FCAW and GMAW welding processes.

    + Capability in performing 4G wire feed welding.

    + Ability to work with MIG welding and wire feed welding techniques.

    + Strength to lift 50-75 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a fabrication role.

    + Ability to work 10-hour shifts.

    + Capability to perform wire feed welding in all positions.

    Work Environment

    + Work in a large shop environment with over 60 production workers. The role requires working off drawings and blueprints in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
